Prosecutors

Prosecutors in the NT DPP are responsible for conducting prosecutions in the High Court, the Court of Criminal Appeal, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court, the Local Court and the Youth Justice Court. The NT DPP provides regular training to government agencies in Darwin and Alice Springs including the NT Police and NT Corrections. Training for NT Police covers Moot Courts, giving evidence and interviewing the accused. We also have professional legal assistants who support us.
